   Erin, you are a natural! I like the bloopers at the end. I bet if you put the dates in the freezer for 10 or 15 minutes they’d be easier to cut… 🙂

   Man, I’ve always thought that dates looked like big raisins, too! Nice homework. If I ever did homework, I’d like to think it would have been just like this.

   You learned the technique of your mom………have fun cooking. I still remember making cookies with her when I was young.
